Studio Director

Jason Di Cicco

Jason Di Cicco is the Founder and Director of Dance Evolution and ICONIC Arts Pty Ltd, bringing over 20 years of experience in the performing arts industry, including dance education, choreography, event production, and studio management.

Since establishing his studio in 2011, Jason has built a reputation for creating professional, supportive, and inspiring environments where students can thrive both on and off the stage. His passion for developing young performers has helped thousands of students build confidence, develop technical excellence, and create lifelong memories through dance.

As a respected choreographer, producer, and business owner, Jason has successfully produced large-scale showcases, competitions, and performing arts events across Australia. He is also the founder of several successful ventures, including ICONIC Pole Studios, ICONIC Events, and International Talent Competition (ITC).

Jason is an experienced national and international dance judge and adjudicator, regularly invited to adjudicate performers and competitions across a range of dance and performing arts disciplines. His extensive industry knowledge allows him to provide students with current, real-world training and valuable insight into the professional entertainment industry.

Under Jason's direction, Dance Evolution students have gone on to perform professionally within the entertainment industry both nationally and internationally, securing opportunities across stage productions, commercial performances, television, modelling, and other professional engagements.

Jason's vision is simple: to provide every student with exceptional training, performance opportunities, and a positive environment that encourages them to achieve their personal best. His commitment to excellence, innovation, and student development continues to position Dance Evolution as one of Melbourne's leading performing arts studios.

DANCE & PERFORMING ARTS FACULTY

Our Dance Faculty is comprised of highly skilled educators, industry professionals, performers, and choreographers who are passionate about inspiring the next generation of artists. With experience spanning a wide range of dance genres and performance environments, our faculty provides students with exceptional technical training, creative development, and performance opportunities.

Many of our instructors continue to work professionally within the entertainment industry, ensuring students receive current, relevant, and industry-focused training. Through their expertise, mentorship, and dedication, our Dance Faculty strives to create a supportive environment where students can build confidence, develop their skills, and achieve their personal goals.

VOCAL FACULTY

Our Vocal Faculty consists of experienced vocal coaches, performers, and industry professionals dedicated to nurturing and developing each student's unique voice. Through personalised instruction and a strong focus on technique, performance, confidence, and vocal health, our faculty provides students with the tools required to succeed both on stage and beyond.

With extensive experience in live performance, recording, musical theatre, and the entertainment industry, our vocal instructors offer valuable real-world knowledge and guidance. Whether students are singing for enjoyment, examinations, competitions, or professional aspirations, our Vocal Faculty is committed to helping every student reach their full potential in a positive and encouraging environment.

ADMINISTRATION TEAM

Our dedicated reception and administration team is available at scheduled times throughout the week to assist students and their families. Whether answering enquiries, responding to emails, processing enrolments and payments, coordinating events and performances, or providing general support, our friendly office staff are committed to ensuring a smooth, organised, and positive experience for everyone within our studio community.

As the first point of contact for many families, our administration team takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the day-to-day operations of the studio, helping students and families feel welcomed, informed, and supported throughout their journey at Dance Evolution.
