The Dance Evolution Company Stream specialises in collaborating with young dancers and emerging artists and aims to connect emerging talents with seasoned professionals. We provide professional training and development, showcasing innovative dance works that highlight the talents of the next generation.

ALL classes at DANCE EVOLUTION have equal opportunity to learn and rehearse group routines to beperformed at various competitions and performances throughout the year.
 

Syllabus: ATOD
​
The ATOD syllabus is a comprehensive and beautifully crafted program that progresses systematically, making it delightful to teach. The syllabus benefits from the expertise of well-known ballet teachers and examiners, including graduates of The Australian Ballet School. The musical accompaniment, provided by leading pianist Gary Dionysius, who is the company pianist for The Queensland Ballet, enhances the experience.
 

The Syllabus:

• Progresses systematically to build strength and artistry.

• Includes comprehensive teaching notes on the technical aspects and attributes of each exercise and step, along with the theory behind each step.

• Adopts an anatomical approach to explaining the required technique, with a glossary and index of anatomical terms included.

• Is designed to help students reach their full potential, whether on a recreational, professional, or teaching level.

Solo, Duo, Trio & Quad tuition is available for ALL students. Students may wish to enjoy

non-competitive private tuition to work on technique and work towards reaching personal goals or towards competitive dance.
 

Times are strictly limited and students may be required to be placed on a waiting list.

  Please note ALL soloists must be enrolled in a minimum of 1 ballet class per week to commence solos. 

Our industry vocal teachers will coach you through breathing exercises,diaphragm support, microphone technique, music theory, stage presence, becomingaudition ready and more.

Whether students are considering a career in dance teaching or otherwise, our Reach For The Stars Assistant teacher program is a great preparation for many aspects of life.

The program covers assistant teaching skills such as behaviour management, different learning needs and styles, Safe Dance Principles and Anatomy.
